Services Include

Door-to-door ground transportation for up to 8 passengers and 4 bicycles across the greater Bay Area (includes multiple pick-up & drop-off locations)

A certified owner-driver who strictly adheres to customized itineraries

A spacious and comfortable van equipped with 2 HEPA-filter air purifiers 

Bottled water, hand sanitizer and face masks provided (as needed) for all passengers

Pricing (Less Gratuities)

Truth be told, it’s hard to apply a cookie-cutter pricing model to every client’s customized excursion.

The pricing guidelines below are general in nature and should be used for initial planning purposes. The final price determination will based on specific requirements for each outing, so please contact Kecia to discuss!

🔘 BPX GUIDED TOUR

Black Panther Experience (BPX), Starting at $175: A customizable 2-5 hour mobile guided tour of local Black Panther historical sites and places of interest in the greater Oakland area (from initial pick up to final drop off)

🔘 CUSTOMIZED EXCURSIONS

Full-Day Excursions, Starting at $400: Up to 10 hours of same-day service (from initial pick up to final drop off)

Half Day Excursions, Starting at $175: Up to 5 hours of same-day service (from initial pick up to final drop off)

Shuttle Services, Starting at $175: Multi-day pick up & drop off to Bay Area Airports (San Francisco and Oakland) and the Pier 27 cruise terminal in San Francisco. Price includes one checked bag and one carry on bag per traveller. $25 surcharge for each additional bag.

General Info

Seniors 65 years and older will receive a 10% discount for all services!

Quoted prices include the added cost of tolls and parking when relevant

Quoted prices do not include gratuities

50% security deposit is required on the day of booking. The balance is due immediately prior to departure.

25% of security deposit will be retained for cancellations made prior to 72 hours of departure

100% of security deposit will be retained for cancellations made within 72 hours of departure

Gratuities

I am a firm believer that the customer alone should decide how much to tip for rendered services. To that end, I do not add the standard 15-20% gratuity to my prices. I like customers to assess their own satisfaction and tip accordingly!
